The Burgh Reading & Development Centre (formerly Burgh Library) is staffed by volunteers who have received training from the Lincolnshire County Council. All are welcome to make use of this important facility in Burgh le Marsh. New members are most welcome to come & browse. There is a wide range of books to borrow or for reference use. An internet connection and computers are available, useful for checking emails, social media updating or browsing the web to find information on a vast range of subjects. Volunteer staff members are on hand to help & offer advice should you require it.
Need extra copies of documents or letters, Burgh Reading & Development Centre can offer you a photocopying service.
This is a new venture by the residents of the town and Burgh Town Council is strongly supporting this development, and is entering into a lease with the landlord. The LCC has promised funding over the next 4 years.
